This platform manages the whole life of a private primary school: student records with enrollment certificate, classes and teachers, fee payments with a PDF receipt and a signed QR code, expenses and forecast budget.
On the academic side, it produces report cards (simple average, ranking with ties), tracks absences, the schedule and end-of-year class promotion. Parents receive messages through the app and by SMS, and have a read-only portal. Excel imports make it possible to carry over existing students, payments and grades.
The Problem
The school kept its enrollment, payments and grades in separate Excel files, with little visibility on unpaid fees and a lot of re-entry.
