DelivOS is a multi-agency SaaS platform. Each agency runs its orders, couriers and offices from a real-time web dashboard, and gets automatic reports.
Couriers use an Android app (Flutter) and customers follow their parcel live on a GPS tracking page. The system also handles a prepaid wallet, and the starter plan is free up to 30 deliveries per month. The project was delivered in collaboration with a team.
The Problem
Many delivery agencies manage their runs by phone and messaging, with no visibility on couriers and no tracking to offer customers.
The Solution
A web dashboard, a mobile app for couriers and a real-time tracking page, connected by an API and WebSockets for the GPS position.
The Result
Agencies centralize orders and couriers, and their customers follow every delivery in real time.
